  1. Our Policy: Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or there is a manufacturing error.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at unfetteredadornments@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  3. Required Information: To process a refund or replacement for a defective or damaged item, you must provide us with the following:

  1. Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive the required information and confirm the issue, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days of the receipt of report of Defect.

  2. Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

  3. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
